As think tanks are engaging more and more with their peers within their respective regions or in other parts of the world, Adanna Shallowe, Senior Global Manager at the Royal Society of Arts will discuss how to start and maintain networks in the think tank community. Based on her insights in hosting a nascent global think tank network, Adanna will share her experiences, the lessons learnt and what are the inherent challenges in network building amongst think tanks.

Adanna Shallowe is the Senior Global Manager at the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (RSA). She is responsible for the accelerating the growth of the RSA global hubs through partnerships enabling them to become local drivers of social change. Previously, she was the project lead for the skills development programme for the UK participation in the international skills competition. She also represented the UK in two international membership organisations; WorldSkills International and WorldSkills Europe. Adanna also held research positions on development initiatives for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and for the UNDP Caribbean Sub Regional Research Facility on their key practice areas
