Free webinar: New challenges for think tanks

Event type Courses
Start date 16 May 2019 2pm UTC

This webinar will present a series of new challenges that think tanks face in their daily work to inform policy making processes.

We will consider reaching wider audiences (such as more general publics, social movements, unions, etc.) and doing so with both old and new tools and channels. How to engage with these actors? Why is it important to do so while maintaining strong gender balance? What is the role of new technologies and what space do they leave for the more traditional ways of engagement?

Gala Díaz Langou will offer a few insights into the main challenges think tanks face in engaging with wider audiences and constituencies and advice on some strategies based on the experience of CIPPEC.
