Below is a selection of 4-star hotels located in Rabat where participants can be accommodated, making their reservations. There are, of course, very good 3 and 5 star hotel options available. But we urge you to make your bookings early to ensure getting your accommodation of choice.

Also, please try to book hotels near to these. We will be arranging buses to shuttle participants to and from the venue every day and they will likely depart from one of these hotels below.

Conference Venue

The 2026 OTT conference will be held at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), located at the Rabat Campus of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.

Access to the Campus

Due to enforced security at the campus entrance, we kindly ask that you present your passport (for international attendees) or National Identity card (for national attendees) on all 3 days of the conference upon arrival at the campus gate to facilitate your entry.

Due to the time that it will take to get through security, buses will arrive early to make sure we can have a timely start to the Conference each day.

If you plan to arrive by private hire please arrive early – earlier!

  • Please note that alcoholic drinks and sharp objects are strictly forbidden on Campus.
  • Please make sure you have your passport or National Identity Card whenever you want to access the campus.

Arriving at the airport

You can use both the Rabat and Casablanca airports.
