The Institute for Government is seeking an exceptional Director to succeed Peter Riddell, whose highly successful tenure ends in summer 2016. The new Director will lead the organisation into the next chapter of its development.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of and interest in government, which may have been gained in any sector. They will be personally credible, confident communicators and skilled relationship-builders, able to build constructive relationships at a senior level whilst maintaining the Institute’s independence. They will also have the leadership, energy and strategic skills to lead and develop the Institute.
