The role:

The Centre on Global Health Security is seeking a Research Associate to play a key role in the delivery of its programme of research in global health security, as well as the development and smooth running of projects.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Chatham House is looking for a strategic thinker who is highly motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must have excellent and demonstrable writing and communication skills, some fundraising experience (including negotiating, writing and marketing proposals) and excellent time management skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Research Associate will develop their experience of Global Health by being responsible for research across the programme (on subjects ranging from emerging infections to refugee and migrant health) and specifically on the Anatomy of Healthcare project. This will involve working with the Senior Research Fellow to develop the Centre’s work stream on this subject.

Salary Range: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum

Tenure: Permanent
