Ariel Hardy HOUESSOU (MSc) is a development professional with extensive experience in policy advisory and consultancy. His expertise includes project evaluation, social vulnerability analysis, and the mainstreaming of SDGs and gender. Over the years, he has collaborated with renowned organizations such as the Global Water Partnership West Africa, GIZ, UNDP, Oxfam, TechnoServe, Enabel, and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. His contributions to SDG implementation in Benin include serving as an expert for the Ministry of Planning and developing the first continuing education program on the SDGs at the National School of Administration. He is currently a technical officer at the Evidence-Policy-Action Excellence Center for Francophone West Africa on behalf of the LEEPS Partnership and the Knowledge Translation Specialist at the African Center for Equitable Development (ACED).
