Tlegen Kuandykov

Tlegen Kuandykov is the Program Coordinator at CAPS Unlock, an Almaty-based think tank focused on Central Asian issues. With over five years of experience in academia, research, and analytics, Tlegen has also made significant contributions to the non-governmental sector as a researcher and communications professional. He is an alumnus of the Global Think Tank Leaders Program, organized by ISPI, OECD, and the University of Bocconi, as well as the Perspectives 2030 Program by OSCE. His research interests span AI and governance, political stability, public opinion, and Eurasian studies.
