Project brief
AIP wishes to explore the concept of Think Tank/Thought Leadership to inform its own strategic change process.
The study includes the following elements:
- Conduct a brief review of definitions of Think Tank/Thought Leadership functions as might be applied to AIP;
- Provide an assessment of the opportunities for change at AIP and of the associated challenges;
- Review comparable organizations and identify models and strategies that AIP could consider adopting, and analyze possible implications (pros and cons) for each model identified; and
- Provide a set of recommendations (models and strategies) for AIP for future implementation.
