The mission of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform is to facilitate institutional reforms in Ukraine for strengthening democracy, rule of law, and good governance. It aims for Ukraine to be a European state built on the principles of respect for human rights, democracy, rule of law, and good governance. Its activity areas are constitutionalism, governance and public administration, judiciary, criminal justice, anti-corruption and civil society development.
