The main goal of the Center is to conduct research in the field of scientific, technical and socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus, to study the theory and practice of organizing scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities, to develop methodological foundations for the implementation of programs for socio-economic and scientific-technical development, and also forecasts and plans for innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.
