SASS is directly administered by the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, which is the Think Tank of the Party Committee and Government of Sichuan Province. The cultivation and construction for the key disciplines and the advantage disciplines are strengthened; the domestic and international events in economy, politics, culture and social development are accurately grasped; the personnel and talents are trained and used especially for accelerating the scientific research transformation and promoting the new Think-Tank construction of the Socialist; the efforts of the scientific decision-making service for the Party Committee and Government are increased to provide theoretical support and intelligence for the economic and social development in whole province and make a due contribution.
