Founded in October 2009, Charhar Institute is a non-governmental and non-partisan think-tank focusing on foreign policy and international relations. It provides foreign policy recommendations, informs policy-makers of international developments and markets, offers the public knowledge on international relations, and educates the next generation of public diplomacy practitioners. It also produces different types of publications, sponsor researches and field studies, and hosts events such as lectures, workshops, forums, and meetings in different places with different audiences.
