Adelphi is a leading independent think tank and public policy consultancy on climate, environment and development. Its mission is to improve global governance through research, dialogue and advice. With a staff of 130, adelphi analyses national and international environmental, energy and climate policies and carries out research projects on environmental, development and social issues. Its integrated approach combines research, consulting and dialogue in nine key areas: Climate, Energy, Resources, Green Economy, Sustainable Business, Green Finance, Peace and Security, International Cooperation and Urban Transformation. adelphi provides high-quality interdisciplinary research, strategic policy analysis and advice, and corporate consulting. International and interdisciplinary project teams contribute worldwide to a common future working in different cultures and languages. Sustainability is the foundation and leitmotif of adelphi’s internal and external conduct. adelphi supports its clients in key climate policy areas of mitigation, adaptation, technology and finance, as well as in renewable energies and energy efficiency. This support includes monitoring international political processes, positioning new topics on the political agenda and developing and realising climate action and energy campaigns.
