Africa Development Analytica

Africa Development Analytica (AfDA) is a non-profit research organisation addressing Africa’s "triple burden of survival": climate change, conflict, and poverty. Its mission is to deepen understanding of these interconnected challenges and provide evidence-based insights to shape effective policies. In Africa, these issues are particularly interlinked, yet research remains limited. AfDA bridges this knowledge gap by offering innovative policy options through a multidisciplinary, triple-nexus lens. It prioritises collaboration with local experts to ensure research is contextual and locally driven. Its work aims to inform policy, foster ownership, and promote sustainable, inclusive development. AfDA is committed to integrating gender equality, social inclusion, private sector development, and resilience into all aspects of its work.
