The Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Wirtschaftsverwaltung e.V. (AWV) is the central forum in Germany, which addresses current questions relating to the topic of economic efficiency in the administration of government and companies. The declared goal is to provide answers to the requirements of a permanent change in tasks and technology, and thus to promote smooth, efficient administration. With over 200 member companies and institutions and more than 1,200 volunteers, AWV is working on the development of future-oriented rules and procedures that reduce administrative costs and optimize the benefits for business and administration. Cooperation partners from public administration, business and the third sector - with the participation of science - actively work together in the context of working groups. The AWV sees itself as a neutral mediator between the sectors and is guided by the idea of ​​a partnership between business and administration.
