ACEP was created to in order to promote respect for democratic values and the rights and guarantees enshrined in the National Constitution. Within the framework of this objective, it is of special interest to approach, from a humanistic and Christian perspective, the problems of employment, health, education, youth and women. Among the priorities of this Association is research on public administration and management, municipalism, political formation, environment and sustainable development, regional integration, technological policies, economy and security, among others
