SRD is a Vietnamese non-profit, non-governmental organisation that is dedicated to working with disadvantaged communities, assisting them to improve their quality of life and manage their resources sustainably. It was established and registered as a member organisation of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology (VUSTA) with an operating permit from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
