The Centre for Development Studies (CED) promotes public actions in order to encourage a development process with political, socio-economic and environmental sustainability. The CED contributes to thinking and enacting with new ideas and concrete actions in the political, social, environmental and cultural development that have repercussion in the Chilean and Latin American fields. All this in the context of sustainability in the occupation of territories, the defense of national and local identity, insertion in world economies, and the commemoration of the bicentenary of the colonial independence of the countries between 2010 and 2024.
