DESCO is dedicated to promoting social development and strengthening the capacities of the less favored sectors of Peru. Its mission is to promote development alternatives, and the empowerment of the population for them to exercise their rights. They aim to reduce inequalities, and generate economic, social, political and environmental impacts.
