The centre acts a think tank with the objectives of accompanying and producing Policy Papers in the themes that are part of the agenda of dialogue (agricultural and integral development policy, political participation, end of conflict, solution to the problem of illicit drugs and victims and truth); to create spaces for reflection and debate that not only summon the academy, but also the various sectors of civil society, and follow up on the negotiation itself.
