CAPPES is a think tank created in 2022 that identifies and shapes trends in higher education to drive positive change for students' futures. Its goal is to build more inclusive, evidence-based, and future-ready higher education systems. By bridging knowledge and action, it aims to position higher education as a key driver of development and social mobility in Latin America and beyond.
