Ciudadanos al Día (CAD) aims to improve public sector management and be a source of reliable information on issues of interest to citizens. Today CAD is a benchmark of social auditing both for its research work and for its own methodology that offers excellence indexes that allow the generation of competencies among public entities, which raise work standards in public administration.
