Climate Analytics is the product of a deep concern about climate change. Founded in 2008 in Berlin, Germany as a non-profit organization, They bring together high levels of expertise in both the scientific and policy aspects of climate change. Their vision is to devise science-based policy to prevent dangerous climate change, enabling sustainable development. Their main mission is to synthesise and advance scientific knowledge in the area of climate change and on this basis provide support and capacity building to stakeholders. By linking scientific and policy analysis, They provide state-of-the-art solutions to global and national climate change policy challenges. An important part of their current work is to provide scientific, policy and analytical support to assist the Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in negotiating a strong international climate regime under the UNFCCC.
