CCJ seeks, through legal means, and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, full respect in Colombia for civil and political, economic, social and cultural human rights, as well as for humanitarian law, understood in an indivisible and interdependent manner. CCJ also favors the development of international norms, mechanisms and institutions that protect human rights throughout the world.
