Den Haag Centrum voor Strategische Studies (HCSS)

HCSS conducts was established in 2007 as an independent think tank. It conducts research on geopolitical, defence and security issues for governments, international institutions and businesses. Its products range from detailed reports and issue briefs to quick topic reports and commentaries in the media. These publications feature strategic surveys, innovative policy recommendations, trend and scenario analyses, risk assessments, geopolitical and regional security analyses, conflict analyses, operational evaluations and identification of lessons learned.
