The think tank, which has been in existence since 1997 and relocated from Cologne to the capital Berlin in 2012, acts as a political contact for questions relating to statutory, occupational and private pensions. The DIA provides information, participates in the dialogue about the most suitable ways of securing the future and develops new solutions for the old-age insurance systems.
