EQUIS: Justicia para las Mujeres

EQUIS: Justicia para las Mujeres A.C is a feminist organization located in Mexico City, that since 2011 works to transform institutions, public policies, and women’s leadership to enhance all women's access to justice. EQUIS contributes to the creation of conditions for women to exercise their human rights, free from violence and discrimination. EQUIS represents a young and innovative feminism, which seeks to promote new ways of addressing gender violence, through a variety of strategies that include transparency, investigation, advocacy, training, networking, the accompaniment of community and individual leaders, communication, and strategic litigation.
