The Astur Foundation aims to contribute to the progress of Uruguayan society. One of its actions is the development of activities aimed at serving vulnerable sectors of the population; is to accompany national policies in those tasks in which civil society organizations can contribute to the community by complementing public efforts. The second axis of activities of AstUr is the dissemination and discussion of key issues of the contemporary debate, contributing to the deepening of knowledge and reflection on the great challenges of the world today.
