Gateway Research Centre (GRC) was founded in 2019. It aspires to be the largest development research centre in Uganda and Africa at large. GRC focuses on building a Uganda that is free of development-related deficiencies by undertaking evidence-based research and policy analysis and providing pragmatic policy recommendations.
