The Foundation for Research on Administrations and Public Policies (iFRAP Foundation) is a French think tank created in 1985 by Bernard Zimmern. It is registered as an interest representative ( lobby ) with the National Assembly . The foundation is deemed close to the liberal right. The iFRAP foundation carries out scientific studies and research on the effectiveness of public policies, in particular those aimed at the search for full employment and economic development. They publish their results and proposed improvements.
