The GAP Institute for Advanced Studies is a Kosovo-based think tank that 1) focuses on the country's pressing economic, political and social challenges, and 2) strives to bridge the gaps between government-related problems and solutions. The Institute supports these goals by specifically advocating good governance, monitoring the work of public institutions, and providing concrete recommendations on public policy.
