Apoyo Institute is a private, non-profit organization created by the board of the Grupo APOYO, a Peruvian consulting firm. Its mission is the dissemination of information and analysis to help promote sustainable economic development, expand and improve public policy options, affirm democracy, and foster cultural values that stimulate integration among Peruvians. Since its creation, the institute has concentrated on public policy and governance issues, giving special emphasis to the practical application of its research results.
