The ICAP is responsible for the development of human resources, the modernization of the public sectors of the Isthmus, and to support the Central American integration efforts. They work in three strategic areas: training, (they offer masters and a PhD programme); technical assistance to institutions, consultancies, training; and research as a means to identify and propose solutions to the region's challenges.
