ICD works on projects and programs in Latin America and the Caribbean, an it coordinates activities with international, public and non-governmental institutions in the region. Its objective is to generate knowledge and carry out actions that strengthen citizen participation and the greater incidence of civil society in democracy, integration and development at a national and international level.
