The National Institute for Educational Assessment proposes: to guide informed decision-making to help guarantee the right of students to receive a quality education; provide information for dialogue, debate and construction of educational policies in Uruguay, on the basis of relevant, rigorous and valid information, built from a position of independence and transparency; and to promote the articulation of the diverse perspectives and valuations about education.
