ISA is an NGO that defends indigenous peoples, traditional communities, human rights and cultural heritage to value socio-environmental diversity. They carry out the following activities: defense of socio-environmental rights; monitoring and proposing alternatives to public policies; research, dissemination, documentation of socio-environmental information; and development of participative models of socio-environmental sustainability
