The Kosovar Center for Security Studies (KCSS) is a nongovernmental and nonprofit think tank which was established in 2008 in order to 1) conduct research in the security sector, 2) organize conferences and seminars in the related fields of law, justice, and security policy and monitoring, and 3) contribute to the strengthening of the democratic oversight of security institutions in the Republic of Kosovo.
