The "Observatory for Children's Rights" is an initiative between UNICEF Albania and the "Albanian Children Alliance", which has built up its mechanisms to collect information and to observe the situation of children's rights in regional level in all the regions of Albania. This project is being implemented since March 2009. Among others, this project aims to produce annual reports, in which we describe the situation of children's rights in Albania – issues which are under monitoring of the structures of the European Union and are part of the Albanian progress reports.
