Percik (Nursery for Humanity), is an independent institution intended for social research, democracy and social justice. The institute has three pillars (clusters) of activities namely research, advocacy and reflection which mainly focus on five strategic issues - Good Local Governance, Institutional Democracy, Poverty, Conflict, and Transformation of Local Religious Practices. In addition to conducting research activities, the Center also conducts research methodology training activities for young researchers from various regions in Indonesia and various seminars in an effort to build a network of local observers and researchers.
