PSI was launched by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2015. It is operated by a consortium of think tanks. PSI sets out best practices, strategic entry points and new approaches to reduce climate-related risks in affected contexts, thus promoting sustainable peace in a changing climate.
