Ruhr-Forschungsinstitut für Innovations- und Strukturpolitik

The institute is an economically oriented non-profit association based in Bochum. Socio-economic problems in the Ruhr area are researched and solutions are developed. The purpose of the association lies in the preparation, publication and collection of scientific publications, the creation of databases on the economic structure and the implementation and participation in events related to the goals of the association. Projects are carried out with the involvement of other association members and external cooperation partners from science and practice.
