The Sarangbang for the Human Rights Movement was conceived in March 1993 to support human rights activists in all fields and to give them a place where they could come and go as they please and propose ideas and gather opinions. The Movement emphasizes human rights education to empower individuals and the public to make their own decisions and act upon alleged human rights abuses based from a humane point of view and knowledge.
