Sosial Tədqiqatlar Mərkəzi (STM)

The Social Research Center (SRC) was established by Presidential Decree No. 525, dated February 8, 2019. Its primary objective is to assess societal changes and reforms in Azerbaijan and to analyse public opinion accordingly. As a public legal entity, the SRC provides regular reports to state authorities and plays a strategic role in shaping informed public discourse and data-driven and research-based policy development. The SRC contributes to evidence-based policymaking, encourages civic engagement, and supports the development of a transparent, research-driven society in Azerbaijan.
