SAXgr worked in enhancing the quality, efficiency and impact of public policies aimed at improving the living conditions of the neediest population. It has influenced the design, monitoring and evaluation of development-oriented policies, plans, programs and projects in sectors where economic resources can have the greatest impact. SAXgr participated in the design of comprehensive poverty reduction plans, institutional and organizational development strategies, and sectoral strategies in health, education and basic sanitation. SAXgr developed good experiences in the design, implementation and evaluation of decentralization policies, local economic development, social and inclusive development with a gender approach, and participatory planning.
