The Center for Bioeconomy was created to initiate and support bio-economy-related activities in research, education and innovation. The activities focus on the production of bio-based raw materials on land, water and waste as well as their processing and processing for the production of food and feed, materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and energy, taking into account environmental and social science aspects.
