The Center for Social Progress is developing new ways and methods with which the quality of life of people in Germany can be improved. They are a visible initiator and bridge-builder between disciplines, institutions and people. Their progress index provides a measure of quality of life beyond gross domestic product. With their progress studies, they provide well-founded and clearly understandable analysis on relevant future and cross-cutting issues such as work, education and health. Their nationwide series of events, Progress Factory, combines content-related work with dialogue and networking. They make their products available to the general public free of charge and without support from taxpayers' money.
