Public voting has already been open for one week, but in case you haven’t taken the time to check out the excellent entries for yourself, here’s a reminder: The second round of the On Think Tanks Data Visualisation Competition supported by the Think Tank Fund of the Open Society Foundations is now open for public vote!
We have a great — and very diverse — set of entries this time. From interactive websites, to posters, maps, and. We’ve also got submissions from around the world: Latin America, Africa, and a big tranche from Eastern and Central Europe. All told, they’re a good go-to reference if you’re looking for visualisation inspiration.
You can vote at the bottom of the page for each entry. You’ll only be able to vote once for each visualisation, but you may vote for more than one visualisation in a round.
Only the five entries with the most public votes will be taken into consideration by the judges as they make their decision on the winner for this round as well as which three will continue on to the final.
Please note that voting closes on 16 October 2013 at 23:59 BST. The judging panel will then make decisions, and the winner will be announced on 23 October 2013 here on the On Think Tanks blog.
