A couple of months ago I published a couple of blogs about a new project funded by the TTI to study the relationship between think tanks and universities:
- Think tanks and universities: a research project proposal: This blog provides an outline of what I thought would be an ideal project. It focused on developing a new body of research and actively communicating its progress.
- Call for proposals: Think tanks and universities in Latin America: This post was written by the Latin American project itself. It called for proposals from researchers in the region to participate.
The project in Latin America is now underway and the team has promised to share some of its progress. In the meantime, here is the project’s website: +Saber América Latina.
You can find out quite a bit from the website itself. Keep an eye on:
- The research and the researchers come from all over the region including: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.
- There will be studies per country and at the regional level.
