Focusing on key elements of a talent agenda and being intentional about it, sets the narrative around the most important asset in organizations. It is about getting the right people for the right roles, engaging them to move the mission forward and inspiring them through visionary leadership. Often this task is not fueled with an abundance of resources. HR teams are required to do more with less.

Renuka Iyer, Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Resources Institute, will discuss some of the foundational elements of a long term talent agenda and will identify key elements for attracting and retaining staff.
