Salary: £32,926 – £39,306 per annum

ODI are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the day-to-day development and management of the Growth, Poverty and Inequality Programme. The Programme Manager will be responsible for financial management of a complex portfolio of projects, preparation of budgets, oversight of individual and team workplans and performance against financial targets. You will provide oversight and information to the Head of Programme, as well as managing a small group of administrative staff.
You will also be managing all business development processes, including proposals, identifying opportunities for funding, key partnerships and enhance existing ones both with donors and with research and operational partners.
